Instructions for Joining Online Municipal Meetings
The easiest way to participate in the meeting is by telephone. Dial the first number in the list below. If it is busy try the second and so on. Once connected you will need to enter the Meeting ID number below. You will then be connected to the meeting. You will be able to hear the proceedings and comment when recognized.
If you have a computer connected to the internet with speakers and a microphone you can join the meeting through it. You will be able to hear and see the proceedings and comment when recognized.
If you join the meeting before 7:00 pm you may hear no sound or have a blank screen. Stay on the line and wait until the meeting starts.
